Thanksgiving Menu: Veggies First & Then Dessert!


Are you planning your Thanksgiving meal yet? I’ve been hashing through ours with my mom this week. Sometimes it seems we make too much, but I have to remind myself that every year there are hardly any leftovers! As many of you know, I am a vegetarian. We serve turkey for the non-veges in my family, but really the holiday table comes down to the “side” dishes and the dessert for me. And I’m quite happy with that!!
